By accessing and using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site and the seller
This site presents the work of Studio Stefanovicz — an experimental, critical and collectible design studio under the creative direction of Marcelo Stefanovicz — including pieces for sale, archive pieces and institutional content.
Seller identification: Atelier de Artes Stefanovicz, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 28.918.666/0001-42, based at Rua Dr. Neto de Araújo, 55, Vila Mariana, São Paulo, Brazil, ZIP 04111-000. Customer service throughout Brazil at studiostefanovicz@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, the design of the pieces themselves and their documentation — is protected by copyright held by Studio Stefanovicz or its partners and licensors, and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without prior written authorization.
Prices and availability
Prices, materials, dimensions and availability may change before a purchase is confirmed. Later changes will not affect accepted proposals or orders already confirmed by the Studio.
How sales work
Pieces are presented on this site. When available, completing the purchase and processing payment may take place on Studio Stefanovicz's official sales environment, hosted on a contracted platform (Wix) — in those cases, the platform and payment providers act only as technology providers, and Atelier de Artes Stefanovicz remains identified as the seller of the piece. Pieces can also be arranged directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, or purchased through the partner galleries, stores and marketplaces listed on the Contact page, each with its own commercial terms.
Even when a sale is arranged by WhatsApp or email, the terms should be confirmed in writing before payment: the product, total price, payment method (and any installment interest), shipping, production and delivery time, and return conditions.
Rules on electronic contracting may apply — including supplier identification, full disclosure of the offer's terms, customer service and the right of withdrawal — as set out in Brazil's Decree No. 7,962/2013 and its Consumer Protection Code. See also our Privacy and Returns & Exchanges pages.
Production and delivery time
Made-to-order pieces normally take up to 60 (sixty) calendar days to produce, counted from payment confirmation and, when applicable, from the buyer's approval of finishes, dimensions and other specifications. Different timelines will be disclosed and confirmed in writing before the purchase is completed.
Deliveries are made throughout Brazil. Shipping is not included in the piece's price: it is calculated separately based on dimensions, weight, destination and shipping method, and disclosed to the buyer before the purchase is confirmed.
Archive pieces
Pieces marked "Archive Piece" document the studio's trajectory and, unless stated otherwise, are not for sale.
Partner galleries, stores and marketplaces
This site contains links to partner galleries, stores and marketplaces, listed on the Contact page. Purchases completed directly with these partners follow that partner's own commercial terms, payment methods, delivery, customer service and exchange policy — the partner is responsible for handling that particular sale, without prejudice to the responsibilities legally applicable to Studio Stefanovicz as the piece's manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
The Studio does its best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. Any limitations of liability set out in these terms do not override the rights and guarantees assured by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer is assured the right to bring any dispute before the legally competent court, including that of their own domicile, where applicable.
