Latão Sobre Ruína

Created for the Rosewood São Paulo, at the reopening of the Matarazzo, the intervention applies hammered brass sheets directly onto the exposed masonry and concrete of the historic building under renovation. The noble material emerges from the ruin like a second skin, without hiding the marks, cracks and layers of time the renovation revealed.
